Social media detox week one

I have been wondering for a long time, if i should just delete my social media accounts. It’s very challenging for me to get off my phone, once i’m on it. Because i have a tight schedule with school and work, i don’t want to waste my time being on social media.

Once school started again, i’ve deleted them to take a break from it. I’ve been so productive since then. Instead of watching what others are doing, i’ve been more focused on what i wanted to do myself. I really had time to study.

On the other hand, i miss texting my friends on snapchat or instagram and i always have the feeling, i’m missing out on something. However, the positive aspects of deleting my social media accounts outweigh the negative for me.
