Life isn’t always easy. There might be times in your life where your mindset is in a negative state, and you can’t think of something positive. We are all human, it’s normal to experience those phases, but there are ways to focus more on the positive aspects. Sometimes we tend to forget the little things that make us happy. Notice them more and you’ll have more little happy moments, that make your day better. Even if it’s just the coffee in the morning or the fresh air while you’re walking to work. In case you have difficulties with noticing the little happy moments in life, you can start a gratitude journal where you write down five things that made you smile throughout the day. Another thing that helps me getting through hard times is planning something to look forward to. You can motivate yourself with that.
