Good habits

We can’t achieve our life goals with working on them just in one day. Even tho, that’s what we all wish for, it takes time and discipline. You need to schedule time for that thing we want to achieve in our daily life (for example learning a new language or getting back in shape again). Even if it’s not much time a day/week, it’s better than doing nothing. Those little steps will lead us much more further than if we would try to do it once and forget about it after. After a while, it should be as normal as brushing your teeth everyday. You won’t even think about whether you want to do it or not, you just do it naturally. It can be difficult to implement those habits at first. Try not to give up, because after about 21-66 days you’re going to get used to it. Ten minutes in one day might not make a big difference, but 3650 minutes in one year will.
