Why are we so hard on ourselves? No one talks as mean or negative about us than we do. Maybe you aren’t even aware of what you’re inner dialogue looks like. Or maybe we don’t think that this voice is affecting us. It does, that’s why we have to pay attention to how our selftalk looks like. Talk to yourself how you would talk to a friend. See things how they really are and don’t exaggerate: if you did a mistake, don’t think “i can’t do anything right.” Just because you did that one mistake, it doesn’t mean you’re stupid. Be aware of that voice in your daily life.
